Hello. My name is Brad Berry. I grew up in Toledo, Ohio and have been a resident of the greater Cincinnati area for the past 15 years. I earned my undergraduate degree from Ball State University as a national scholar athlete.
I attended Xavier University Criminal Justice Masters Program and then completed my Juris Doctorate at Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky while working as a Commonwealth Detective for the Prosecutor's Office. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
As an Assistant Prosecutor, I handled hundreds of juvenile cases and child support prosecution. My primary objective was to locate the responsible parent, investigate their financial viability, and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law to hold a parent accountable for the support of their minor children.
During my first two years in private practice, I advised insurance companies during the investigation and civil prosecution of high dollar insurance fraud arson cases. I deposed insurance claimants to uncover financial misconduct, and then utilized forensic accountants to prove motive or estimate the financial wellbeing of a company or individual.
For the past 5 years I have devoted my practice to family law. I primarily serve clients in Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont Counties. As a litigator there is nothing I have found more rewarding than protecting my client's parenting rights. I understand the end result of a family law matter will have a profound impact on the financial security of my client.
I truly believe my prior experience as a detective, prosecutor and insurance fraud investigator provide me with a unique set of skills to aggressively advocate for the best interests of my family law clients.
I would be pleased to assist you or a family member with any of the following:
